What time can I check in and check out?
Rooms are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Do you offer family rooms?
Yes, our Superior Family Rooms (Suites) can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children). They are air-conditioned and offer views over the village.
Is the hotel accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
Yes, all our rooms are accessible by lift. In addition, one of our Junior Suites has been specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we offer a secure enclosed car park for €15 per night. It is monitored by our night staff and is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, dogs and cats are welcome (€35 per pet, per day). They are allowed in the rooms and public areas, but not in our Michelin-starred restaurant.
Should I book a table at the Michelin-starred restaurant?
Yes, reservations are highly recommended. Our Michelin-starred restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, and for dinner from Thursday evening to Monday evening, between 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm.
Is there a dress code in the restaurant?
Smart attire is required. Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers (shorts and flip-flops are not permitted). Pets are not allowed in the Michelin-starred restaurant.
Do you accept ANCV Holiday Vouchers?
Yes, we accept ANCV Holiday Vouchers for payments made on site for reservations booked directly with the hotel, restaurant or spa. They cannot be used for bookings made through third-party websites (Booking.com, Hotels.com, TheFork, etc.). Lunch vouchers are not accepted.
What is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €0.99 per adult, per night.

Children's menu in the Michelin-starred restaurant: 3-course menu: €22 / Main course & dessert: €16. (Please verify these rates.)
Extra bed / Baby cot: €45 / Complimentary, upon reservation and subject to availability.
